# Search Comparable Das

`GET /api/v1/comparable-das`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.casaintelligence.com.au` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

Search for comparable DA applications near a target property.

Uses PostGIS ST_DWithin for spatial search, with optional filters
for application type, zone, and decision. Results are scored by
relevance (same zone + similar lot size + recent = higher score).

## Query parameters

- `property_id` string, required: Target property UUID
- `radius` integer: Search radius in metres
- `type` string, nullable: Filter by DA category (e.g. subdivision, dual_occ, multi_unit)
- `zone` string, nullable: Filter by zone code at lodgement
- `decision` string, nullable: Filter by decision (e.g. approved, refused)
- `limit` integer: Max results to return
