# Get Suburb Pricing Facets

`GET /api/v1/cd-planner/suburb-pricing-facets`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.casaintelligence.com.au` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.casaintelligence.com.au/api/v1/cd-planner/suburb-pricing-facets`
- Auth: API key in header `X-API-Key`

Return median sale price + count per facet level inside a suburb (or LGA).

Each row of the response = one facet bucket (e.g. zone='LDR' or
overlay='flood' or bedrooms=4). The API joins ci_property_sales to
ci_properties on the matched property_id so we can read zone_code,
overlays array, etc. from the property.

## Query parameters

- `suburb` string, nullable: Suburb name (case-insensitive)
- `lga` string, nullable: LGA name (alternative to suburb)
- `facet` string: Which dimension to bucket sales by.
- `months_back` integer
- `min_count` integer: Drop facet levels with fewer than this many sales.
