# Get Project Da Form

`GET /api/v1/cd-planner/projects/{project_id}/da-form`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.casaintelligence.com.au` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

Return DA form fields pre-populated from project + property data.

Output shape matches what the casa-daily AI chat tool expects:
  {
    download_url, pre_filled_pdf_url, fields {...}, unmapped_fields [...],
    caveats [...]
  }

Currently we return the field map only — pre_filled_pdf_url is left
null until a PDF rendering pipeline (WeasyPrint or similar) is wired
in. The chat card surfaces this as "Pre-fill prepared" with
individual fields visible.
