# Get Project Conditions

`GET /api/v1/cd-planner/projects/{project_id}/conditions`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.casaintelligence.com.au` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.casaintelligence.com.au/api/v1/cd-planner/projects/{project_id}/conditions`
- Auth: API key in header `X-API-Key`

Return the conditions ledger for a project's linked DA(s).

Conditions are derived from ci_da_conditions for every DA whose
`property_id` matches the project's property. If no DA is matched the
response is empty (200, with empty `conditions` and zero counts) so the
AI chat surface can render a graceful "no conditions yet" state.

Filters:
  - all              every condition
  - outstanding      not yet completed (default)
  - completed        marked done in cd_project_condition_status
  - monetary         charge_amount > 0
  - pre_construction category in {timing, infrastructure_charges, ...}
