# Comparable Approvals

`GET /api/v1/cd-planner/comparable-approvals`

## Request

Return the N most-comparable approved DAs in the same LGA + zone +
dev type, with key facts a SoEE precedent table needs: DA number,
address, decision date, lot count (where parsed), and the top 3
conditions imposed.

Falls back to LGA-only if the LGA+zone scope yields nothing.

- `property_id` string, required
- `dev_type` string, required
- `limit` integer
