# Overlay Query

`GET /api/v1/cd-feasibility/overlay-query`

## Request

Reverse-lookup what zone + overlays apply at the given point.

Strategy: find the ci_properties row whose cadastral boundary
contains the click point; surface its zone_code + overlays as the
answer. If no parcel covers the point (out of cadastral coverage),
return null property and empty overlays so the front-end can show
"out of indexed coverage".
