# Get Map Bounds

`GET /api/v1/cd-feasibility/map-bounds`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.casaintelligence.com.au` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.casaintelligence.com.au/api/v1/cd-feasibility/map-bounds`
- Auth: API key in header `X-API-Key`

Return all DAs + comparable sales whose centroids fall inside the
bounding box [w, s, e, n]. Used by the listing-page map for
viewport-driven pin loading — the user pans / zooms and we refetch
the visible slice (same pattern as the Town Planner workspace map).

Bounds are degrees (WGS84). Limits are conservative defaults that
keep the response under ~200KB; the endpoint sets `truncated_das` /
`truncated_sales` flags so the client can warn the user when they've
zoomed out past the available depth.
