`GET /v1/specs/makes/{year}`

Returns a list of vehicle manufacturers (makes) that have models available for the specified year.

## Path parameters

- `year` integer, required

- string[]: Array of make names in alphabetical order

## Other responses

- `401`: unauthorized
- `402`: Insufficient prepaid credits; the query is not charged
- `503`: Query pricing is temporarily unavailable; the query is not charged
