# Get recalls for a vehicle

`GET /v1/recalls/{year}/{make}/{model}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.carstat.app`
- URL: `https://api.carstat.app/v1/recalls/{year}/{make}/{model}`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Returns a list of recalls for the specified vehicle. Each recall includes details such as the recall ID, summary, consequence, remedy, and the date it was issued.

- `model` string, required

- Recall[]: Array of recall objects for the specified vehicle
  - `rcdate` string: Recall date
  - `campno` string: Campaign number
  - `mfgname` string: Manufacturer name
  - `compname` string: Component name
  - `desc_defect` string: Defect description
  - `consequence_defect` string: Consequence of defect
  - `corrective_action` string: Corrective action

## Other responses

- `401`: unauthorized
- `402`: Insufficient prepaid credits; the query is not charged
- `403`: No activated prepaid credits
- `503`: Query pricing is temporarily unavailable; the query is not charged
