Fetch key of a user

User's key

    - `display_name` string — Display name for key
    - `encrypted_private_key` string — Encrypted private key
    - `public_key` string — Public key
    - `user_id` string — Internal unique identifier for the user

- `400` — Request was malformed
- `401` — The client is unauthorized
- `404` — Resource not found
- `500` — Internal server error occurred
