API endpoint to redrive failed executions within a given date range.

## Query parameters

- `state_machine_arn` string, required
- `start_date` string: Full timestamp in format YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SSZ (optional)
- `end_date` string: Full timestamp in format YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SSZ (optional)
- `max_redrive_count` integer, nullable: Maximum number of existing redrive attempts allowed (default: 3)
