Handles incoming Resend webhook events.

Delivery events (sent, delivered, bounced, ...) update email_logs.status.
email.received also continues the inbound forward / signature ingestion path:
looks up the plan manager by matching the 'to' address against resend_domains,
retrieves the full email, and forwards it to the plan manager's reply_address.
