`GET /v2/tape/live`

## Request

  - API key in header `x-api-key`
  - HTTP bearer

## Query parameters

## Response `200`

Prints + throughput counters

- TapeLive
  - `prints` object[], required: Recent price observations (one per listing), newest first. Capped by `limit`.
    - `ref` string, required: Ref of the instrument (the thing being priced: a model year or a squish) this observation belongs to, e.g. "model-year:toyota/rav4/2021"
    - `label` string: Display label from the entity registry, e.g. "Toyota RAV4 2021"
    - `price` number, required
    - `domain` string, required: Seller website domain the price was observed on
    - `at` string, required: Observation timestamp (ISO 8601)
    - `vinTail` string, required: Last 6 characters of the VIN, enough to deduplicate. The full VIN is never returned.
  - `perMinute` integer, required: Price observations per minute, averaged over the trailing 5 minutes
  - `today` integer, required: Price observations since midnight
  - `links` object: Related resources, keyed by relation name, each a server-relative path. Example: {"recalls": "/v2/recalls/entity/model-year:toyota/rav4/2021"}

## Other responses

- `401`: No valid credential (API key, session, or internal token)
- `402`: Insufficient credits (free-tier hard stop; paid tiers bill overage instead)
- `429`: Per-minute rate limit exceeded
- `500`: Internal error
