# Remove a label from a transaction

`DELETE /v1/transaction_label_associations`

## Request

Removes the association between a label and a transaction. This operates on the collection
path — identify the association by `cardda_transaction_id` + `transaction_label_id` passed as
query or body parameters (there is no id in the path).

- `transaction_label_id` string, uuid, required
