`POST /integration/get-card-url`

Generates a personalized card URL without sending an email

## Request body

- GetCardUrlRequest
  - `card` string, required: Card ID for URL generation
  - `integrationId` string, required: Integration configuration ID
  - `mergeTags` MergeTags[], required: Array of merge tag objects with recipient data
    - `name` string, required: Recipient's full name
    - `email` string, email, required: Recipient's email address
    - `company` string: Company name
    - `position` string: Job title/position

## Response `201`

Card URL generated successfully
