# List Message IDs

`GET /v5/conversations/{id}/messages/ids`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.carbonvoice.app`
- URL: `https://api.carbonvoice.app/v5/conversations/{id}/messages/ids`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `pxtoken`
  - OAuth 2 (implicit, authorization URL `https://api.carbonvoice.app/oauth/authorize`)

List all message IDs for the specified conversation with cursor pagination. Returns message IDs only. Optional filters for user IDs, status, date, and direction.

- `direction` 'older' | 'newer'
- `limit` number
- `date` string
- `starting_after` string
- `ending_before` string
- `user_ids` string[]
- `status` MessageStatus[]

## Response `200`

- GetMessageIdsResponse
  - `next_cursor` string, nullable: Cursor to fetch the next page
  - `has_more` boolean, required: Whether there are more items to fetch
  - `total` number, nullable: Total number of messages (filtered by the query). Only included when include_total=true is provided in the query.
  - `filters` MessageIdsFilters, required
    - `user_ids` string[], nullable: List of user IDs that were filtered
    - `status` MessageStatus[], nullable: List of message statuses that were filtered
    - `date` string, date-time, nullable: Date filter that was applied
    - `direction` 'older' | 'newer'
  - `results` string[], required: List of message IDs
