- CreateAttachmentUrlsV5
  - `files` SignedUrlParametersV5[], required
    - `filename` string, required
    - `mimetype` string, required
    - `idempotency_key` string, uuid: Optional client-supplied UUID idempotency key. If provided, used as filename prefix to enable retry/resume. If omitted, server generates a UUID.

## Response `200`

- SignedUrlResponseV5[]
  - `url` string, required
  - `filename` string, required
  - `mimetype` string, required
  - `idempotency_key` string: The idempotency key used for this upload. Matches client-provided key, or server-generated UUID if none was supplied.
