# Remove a reaction from a message: a curated reaction id or any unicode emoji

`DELETE /reactions/message/{message_id}`

  - `reaction` string, required: The reaction to apply: either a curated reaction id (e.g. "love") or a single unicode emoji (e.g. "🎉")
