# The push rows that never reached a session

`GET /v1/pushes/{push_id}/items`

## Request

Skipped, deferred and unchanged rows, each with its position, first identifier and stated reason. A row refused before identity resolution has no identifier, so its position is its reference. Analysed rows are the items of the push's sessions and are read through GET /v1/sessions/{id}; those links are returned here.

The platform's payload, passed through unchanged.

## Other responses

- `401`: No valid credential. Every authentication failure returns this one document.
- `402`: The account's plan does not include this capability. Carries min_tier and upgrade_url.
- `403`: A missing scope, an exhausted analysis allowance, or an object that is not the caller's.
- `404`: No such resource.
