# Metric time series for a profile or post

`GET /v1/history`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.captapi.com`
- URL: `https://api.captapi.com/v1/history`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`

Returns the counts (followers, views, likes, ...) Captapi stored each time a tracked profile or post was fetched fresh. The series starts at the first fresh fetch through Captapi and is not backfilled, so gaps between points are normal. Pass the same url you pass to the tracked endpoint. Tracked endpoints: /v1/bluesky/profile, /v1/facebook/details, /v1/facebook/page-details, /v1/instagram/channel-details, /v1/instagram/details, /v1/linkedin/post-details, /v1/linkedin/profile, /v1/pinterest/pin-details, /v1/reddit/post-details, /v1/reddit/subreddit-details, /v1/rumble/video-details, /v1/threads/profile, /v1/tiktok/channel-details, /v1/tiktok/video-details, /v1/twitter/profile, /v1/twitter/tweet-details, /v1/youtube/channel-details, /v1/youtube/video-details. Any other endpoint returns 400 untracked_endpoint. 1 credit.

- `429`: Rate limit reached. Wait for Retry-After seconds. Not billed.
