# Facebook Profile Reels API

`GET /v1/facebook/profile-reels`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.captapi.com`
- URL: `https://api.captapi.com/v1/facebook/profile-reels`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`

Latest Facebook page Reels — views, likes, comments, shares; newest-first without archive padding.

Pass a Facebook page or profile URL and get that account's recent Reels as clean JSON: caption, publishedAt, duration, thumbnail / video URL, author, and full engagement (views, likes, comments, shares). Results are newest-first. Listing uses the Reels tab when available (else Videos), with a shallow scroll so years-old archive videos from deep /videos history are not mixed in; a >1 year gap between consecutive items stops the page (recency cliff). Includes scrapedAt so you can compare counts with Profile Posts from the same moment. Flat 2 credits per call. Pass cache=true to serve from the 24h shared cache (0 credits on hit); default is always fresh. Hard deadline 90s → 503 with a body (0 credits), not a raw client timeout. A missing or non-public page is 404; a Reels tab that did not render is a retryable 502 FACEBOOK_RENDER_FAILED (0 credits). Each reel carries mediaUrlsExpireAt for its signed thumbnail / video URLs.

        - `height` integer
      - `mediaUrlsExpireAt` string: ISO-8601 UTC earliest expiry across signed media URLs in this response (expire= / x-expires / TikTok hex path timestamp). Null when no stamp is parseable — never a guess.
    - `scrapedAt` string: When this response was collected (ISO 8601). Envelope-level freshness on listings that expose it (e.g. Facebook profile-reels) — not a per-row stamp on Spotify search. facebook/profile-posts uses fetchedAt; there is no scrapedAt twin.
