# Get a ticket

`GET /v1/tickets/{ticket_id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.capacity.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.capacity.com/v1/tickets/{ticket_id}`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `x-capacity-id`
  - HTTP bearer

Retrieve a single ticket by its UUID or by its ticket key (e.g. `SEC-1133`), including custom fields with their current values and available choices.

    - `assigned_user` string: Uuid of assigned user
    - `correspondence_email` string: Email of correspondence
    - `tags` string[]: Ticket tags
    - `file_attachments` string[]: File UUIDs attached to the ticket
