# List files

`GET /v1/files`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.capacity.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.capacity.com/v1/files`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `x-capacity-id`
  - HTTP bearer

List file records. Results are paginated.

## Query parameters

- `page` integer
- `limit` integer
- `folder_id` string
- `id_in` string[]
- `tag_id_in` string[]
- `tag_names` string[]
- `created_at_start` string
- `created_at_end` string

## Response `200`

An array of file objects

- object
  - `body` object: Json body data in the request
  - `limit` integer: Number of results returned
  - `page` integer: Page of results returned
  - `parameters` object: Query parameters in the request
  - `result` FileSchema[]
    - `created_at` string: Datetime when the file was created
    - `id` string: ID of the file
    - `folder_id` string: ID of the folder that the file is in. Null indicates the file is in the root folder of its knowledge base.
    - `is_public` boolean: Whether the file is public
    - `md5sum` string: MD5 checksum for the file
    - `name` string: Name of the file
    - `tag_ids` string[]: IDs of global tags applied to file
    - `tag_names` string[]: Names of global tags applied to file
