# Get Workflow run data.

`GET /v1/data_extract/workflow_instance_log`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.capacity.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.capacity.com/v1/data_extract/workflow_instance_log`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `x-capacity-id`
  - HTTP bearer

Get Workflow run data. Results are paginated.

## Query parameters

- `limit` integer
- `created_at_utc_start` string, required
- `created_at_utc_end` string, required
- `completed_at_utc_start` string
- `completed_at_utc_end` string

  - `limit` integer: Number of results returned
  - `page` integer: Page of results returned
  - `parameters` object: Query parameters in the request
  - `result` WorkflowInstanceDetailLogResponseSchema[]
    - `org_id` integer: ID of the organization
    - `org_uuid` string: The organization UUID.
    - `org_name` string: The organization name.
    - `workflow_instance_id` integer: The unique identifier for the workflow instance.
    - `workflow_instance_uuid` string: The UUID of the workflow instance.
    - `workflow_instance_name` string: The name of the workflow instance.
    - `created_at_utc` string, date-time: The UTC timestamp when the workflow instance was created.
    - `completed_at_utc` string, date-time: The UTC timestamp when the workflow instance completed.
    - `total_run_time_seconds` integer: The total execution time of the workflow in seconds.
    - `retries` integer: The number of retry attempts made by the workflow.
    - `workflow_instance_creator` string: The name of the user who created the workflow instance.
    - `workflow_creator_email` string: The email address of the workflow creator.
    - `total_instance_nodes` integer: The total number of nodes in the workflow instance.
    - `status` string: The current status of the workflow instance.

## Other responses

- `400`: The request contains malformed data or violates data integrity
