`GET /v1/data_extract/ticket_log`

## Request

Get Helpdesk data. Results are paginated.

    - `time_to_first_response_in_minutes` string: Time to first response in minutes
    - `first_responder_email` string: Email of the first responder
    - `first_responder_name` string: Name of the first responder
    - `latest_response_sent_utc` string: UTC timestamp when the latest response was sent
    - `latest_responder_email` string: Email of the latest responder
    - `latest_responder_name` string: Name of the latest responder
    - `due_date_utc` string: UTC due date of the ticket
    - `sla_ever_breached` string: Indicates if SLA was ever breached
    - `first_sla_breached_at_utc` string: UTC timestamp when the first SLA was breached
    - `latest_sla_breached_at_utc` string: UTC timestamp when the latest SLA was breached
    - `deleted_at` string: UTC timestamp when the ticket was deleted
    - `delete_reason_name` string: Reason for deleting the ticket
    - `is_ticket_complete` string: Indicates if the ticket is complete
    - `ticket_completed_at_utc` string: UTC timestamp when the ticket was completed
    - `time_to_resolution_in_minutes` string: Time to resolution in minutes
    - `assigned_user_email_when_ticket_completed` string: Email of the user assigned to the ticket when it was completed
    - `assigned_user_name_when_ticket_completed` string: Name of the user assigned to the ticket when it was completed
    - `ticket_tags` string: Tags associated with the ticket
    - `custom_fields` object: Custom fields associated with the ticket
    - `ticket_created_at_utc` string: UTC timestamp when the ticket was created
    - `ticket_updated_at_utc` string: UTC timestamp when the ticket was most recently updated
