Get pre-aggregated liquidation history from CoinGlass backfill.

## Query parameters

- `interval` string: Aggregate interval (4h, 6h, 8h, 12h, 1d)
- `start` string, nullable: Start time (ISO 8601)
- `end` string, nullable: End time (ISO 8601)
- `limit` integer: Max rows to return
