# L2 Sample Files

`GET /v1/l2/sample`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.candlefeed.ai` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

No account needed. Without parameters: the sample days on offer. With symbol and date: presigned links
for that day, in the same shape as /v1/l2/files. Limited per address, plus a global daily cap.

## Query parameters

- `dataset` string, nullable: book or trades; defaults to book when symbol or date is given
- `symbol` string, nullable: A sample symbol, e.g. BTCUSDT
- `date` string, nullable: A sample UTC day, YYYY-MM-DD
