`GET /v1/l2/gaps`

Public gap ledger from the published days: every gap no capture node saw (each one is a known
outage, listed with its reason), per-day node-health warning counts by node label, and the days
held back from publishing. Cached for 10 minutes.

## Query parameters

- `dataset` string, nullable: book or trades; both when omitted
- `symbol` string, nullable: One symbol; all when omitted
- `start` string, nullable: First UTC day, YYYY-MM-DD
- `end` string, nullable: Last UTC day, YYYY-MM-DD
