# Start a Canarics signup for a company with no account yet (no auth)

For AI assistants onboarding their company. Creates a signup intent and returns a claim URL: send it to the person responsible. They open it, sign in, verify their phone by SMS and accept the terms; the trial then provisions itself with a demo AI voice agent generated from the company website. Keep the returned intentToken and poll GET /api/v1/signup/status. No email is sent by this endpoint. Rate-limited per IP.

## Request body

- object
  - `companyName` string, required
  - `website` string, required: Company website URL, the demo agent is generated from it
  - `language` string: Preferred conversation/summary language (e.g. Latvian, English, German). Default English.
  - `contactEmail` string: Optional contact email of the person who will claim the signup
  - `notes` string: Optional context on the intended use case

## Response `201`

Intent created

  - `intentId` string
  - `intentToken` string: Shown once, needed for the status endpoint (x-intent-token header)
  - `claimUrl` string: Send this to the person; opening it starts the prefilled trial signup
  - `expiresAt` string, date-time
  - `next` string

- `400`: Invalid input
- `429`: Per-IP daily limit reached
