Receive Resend inbound-parse webhook and auto-acknowledge the sender.

Idempotent within reason: if the inbound payload itself is an
auto-responder bounce-back (Auto-Submitted header set), we skip the
ack to avoid loops. Failures are logged but the endpoint always returns
200 so Resend's retry queue doesn't keep firing on a malformed payload.
