Step 8 — return 3 artist IDs matched to the user's just-built profile.

Staged: matches against a small in-memory pool, not real Chartmetric.
The client renders the loading sequence (8-15s) regardless of how long
this takes — the endpoint is fast on purpose so we don't introduce a
spurious latency budget that production matching has to fit inside.
