The full record, including the text agents actually search

  - `id` integer, required
  - `title` string, required
  - `type` 'text' | 'pdf' | 'url', required
  - `content` string, required: The raw text as supplied
  - `url` string, nullable, required: Source URL when type=url
  - `file_name` string, nullable, required: Original filename when type=pdf
  - `assigned` integer[], required: Ids of the agents using this base
  - `data` string, required: What the agent actually searches — extracted or generated text, which for pdf and url is NOT the same as content

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing or invalid Bearer key
- `404`: No matching record on this account
- `429`: Too many requests — see the endpoint's rate limit tier (agent-api 120/min, agent-api-heavy 6/min, agent-api-secrets 10/min)
