`GET /api/v1/calls/{id}`

  - `transcript` array[]: [[speaker, text, time], ...] — speaker is 'caller' or 'agent', time is HH:MM:SS
    - string[]
  - `audio_url` string, uri, nullable: Streams with this same Bearer key; null if recording was off or the call had none
  - `dur` string: MM:SS
  - `status` 'ringing' | 'answered' | 'completed' | 'failed' | 'no_answer' | 'busy'
  - `reason` string: Failure detail, only set when status=failed

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing or invalid Bearer key
- `404`: No matching record on this account
- `429`: Too many requests — see the endpoint's rate limit tier (agent-api 120/min, agent-api-heavy 6/min, agent-api-secrets 10/min)
