# Start a prepay top-up (returns a PayPal approval_url for the human to complete)

## Response `200`

Top-up started. NOTHING IS CHARGED YET: send the human to approval_url to complete the payment; the balance moves only once they approve.

  - `approval_url` string, uri: Browser URL where the human approves the payment

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing or invalid Bearer key
- `429`: Too many requests — see the endpoint's rate limit tier (agent-api 120/min, agent-api-heavy 6/min, agent-api-secrets 10/min)
