`GET /v1/events`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.call2me.app`

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Admin query over event_archive — only critical/error kept there.

This endpoint is under the public ``/v1/events`` prefix (because POST
ingest has to be public), so auth enforcement lives in the handler
itself. It accepts a standard ``Authorization: Bearer <jwt>`` header.

## Query parameters

- `severity` string, nullable
- `type` string, nullable
- `fingerprint` string, nullable
- `hours` integer
- `limit` integer
