`POST /v1/end-users/{external_id}/tokens`

Mint an ephemeral end-user token (eut_) billed to the calling tenant.

## Path parameters

- `external_id` string, required

## Request body

- MintTokenRequest
  - `expires_in` integer: Token lifetime in seconds (clamped to [60, 86400]).
  - `scopes` string[]
  - `agent_ids` string[], nullable: Restrict the token to these agents.
