# Sync Sip Trunks

`POST /internal/sync-sip-trunks`

## Request

Sync SIP trunks from DB to LiveKit.

Called on startup or when LiveKit state is lost (e.g., Redis reset).
Reads all SIP trunks from DB, checks if they exist in LiveKit,
and creates missing ones.
