# Get note version history

`GET /notes/{id}/history`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.caliuapp.com`
- URL: `https://api.caliuapp.com/notes/{id}/history`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in cookie `caliu_session`

Return past snapshots of a note projected from the sync log, ordered newest first. Updates within a 5-minute compaction window collapse into one entry. `delete` (hard-delete) operations are excluded — they have no body. Use `cursor` (the `nextCursor` from the previous response) and `limit` (default 50, max 100) to paginate.

## Path parameters

- `id` string, required: Resource ID

## Query parameters

- `cursor` string: Sync log version of the last entry from the previous page. Pass `nextCursor` from the prior response.
- `limit` string: Max entries to return (1-100, default 50).
