# Archive note

`POST /notes/{id}/archive`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.caliuapp.com`
- URL: `https://api.caliuapp.com/notes/{id}/archive`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in cookie `caliu_session`

Archive a note. Archived notes are hidden from all listings but never auto-removed, and keep their tags so they can be unarchived losslessly.

    - `role` 'editor' | 'viewer': The requester's role, on notes shared with them (get and search).
    - `ownerId` string: The owner, on notes shared with the requester.
