# Ingest custom XBRL filings

`POST /api/xbrl/ingest`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://financesec.api.caleralabs.com`
- URL: `https://financesec.api.caleralabs.com/api/xbrl/ingest`
- Auth: API key in header `X-License-Key`

Allows Enterprise customers to upload and ingest custom SEC-style XBRL filings to build/query their private lattice instance.

## Request body

- XbrlIngestRequest
  - `ticker` string, required: The ticker symbol of the company.
  - `company_name` string, required: The full name of the company.
  - `filing_type` '10-K' | '10-Q' | '8-K', required: The type of filing.
  - `fiscal_year` string: The fiscal year for the filing.
  - `xbrl_data` string, required: Base64-encoded XML or raw XBRL JSON payload.

## Response `200`

Filing ingested successfully

- XbrlIngestResponse
  - `status` string
  - `job_id` string
  - `companies_added` integer

## Other responses

- `202`: Filing upload accepted for asynchronous ingestion
- `400`: Invalid payload or parsing failure
- `401`: Unauthorized
- `403`: Endpoint access forbidden for active tier
