## Query parameters

- `mortgage` number: Mortgage balance owed
- `cltv` number: Lender's max CLTV (%) Combined loan-to-value limit – most lenders allow 80%–90%.
- `draw` number: Amount you plan to borrow
- `rate` number: HELOC interest rate (%) Usually variable: prime rate + a margin.
- `drawYears` number: Draw period (years)
- `repayYears` number: Repayment period (years)
