# Get the current user and workspace

`GET /api/v1/me`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.cadencz.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.cadencz.com/api/v1/me`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Validates the Supabase access token, creates the Phase 0 user/workspace record on first sign-in, and returns the active workspace context.
