# List accounts

`GET /api/v1/admin/users`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.cadencz.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.cadencz.com/api/v1/admin/users`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Read-only. Admin access is granted by setting `users.is_admin` in the database; there is deliberately no endpoint that promotes a user.

## Query parameters
