# Grant credits or activate a plan without Dodo

`POST /api/v1/admin/provision`

## Request

Development and recovery tool. Activates a plan tier and/or grants credits for a workspace without going through Dodo Payments — use it when the webhook cannot reach a dev machine. It creates no real payment.

## Request body

- AdminProvisionRequest: Admin-only dev tool: grant credits and/or activate a plan without Dodo. Lets an admin reflect a purchase or plan locally when the Dodo webhook cannot reach the dev machine. Not a substitute for real payment.
