# Verify an email address

`POST /v1/accounts/verify`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.cadencercs.com`

- Auth: none required

Token-only, and deliberately works while signed in as a different account — so the response names the address that was verified.

## Request body

  - `token` string, required: From the emailed link.

## Response `200`

Verified.

- object
  - `ok` boolean, required
  - `email` string, nullable

## Other responses

- `400`: Missing, invalid or expired token.
- `500`: Unexpected server error. The body is always JSON.
