Adds a tip for the driver in the event of a successful delivery. The tip can be set at any
point before the parcel is delivered. The tip amount must be formatted according to ISO 4217
(e.g. €6.30 → `630` in EUR).

## Path parameters

- `parcel_id` string, uuid, required

## Request body

- CreateTip
  - `amount` integer, required: Tip amount in the smallest currency unit, following the ISO 4217 standard (e.g. €6.30 → `630`).

## Response `200`

Tip created successfully.

- Tip
  - `parcel_id` string, uuid: UUID of the parcel this tip is associated with.
  - `amount` integer: Tip amount in the smallest currency unit, following the ISO 4217 standard (e.g. €6.30 → `630`).
  - `currency` string: ISO 4217 currency code.

## Other responses

- `401`: Unauthorized. Missing or invalid authentication token.
- `403`: This parcel does not belong to your account, or your account is not allowed to use the tipping feature.
- `404`: No parcel found with the given ID.
- `409`: A tip already exists for this parcel.
- `429`: Too many requests. This API is rate limited per account and per endpoint. A 429 is an expected condition rather than a failed request: back off and retry it. The limits are not the same for every endpoint and can change, so handle the status instead of hard-coding a rate. See the Limits and reliability guide.
