# Get list of ticket comments

`GET /tickets/comments`

## Request

- TicketCommentListResponse: Response when requesting a list of ticket comments based on some filters.

    - `smslogid` integer, nullable
    - `smslog` SMSLog: A logged SMS
      - `id` integer: A unique SMSLog ID
      - `message` string, nullable
      - `size` integer, nullable: The actual SMS count after the message has been split into 160 character segments
      - `date` string
      - `phone_e164` string, nullable: The phoneno in E164 format
      - `gateway_id` integer, nullable
      - `gateway_status` string, nullable: The status of the SMS reported by the gateway system. See https://gatewayapi.com/docs/rest.html#webhooks
      - `gateway_time` integer, nullable: A unix timestamp of the moment the latest gateway_status was reported by the gateway.
      - `sendtime` string, nullable: The time of the message that should be sent.
      - `status` 'RECEIVED' | 'UNDELIVERABLE' | 'SCHEDULED' | 'SENT' | 'DELIVERED' | 'DELETED' | 'FAILED'
      - `inbound` integer: If 1 the message is an inbound message from the customer
      - `country` string: The country code of where the sms was sent to (set by gateway api)
      - `userid` integer: Userid of who sent this sms, currently faked using ticket comment
      - `template` string, nullable: The template used in this sms, currently faked using ticket comment
      - `encoding` 'gsm7' | 'ucs2', nullable
      - `error_status` string, nullable: The error status of the SMS from the batch relation
  - `count` integer, nullable: Number of ticket comments
  - `hasMore` boolean: True if there are data to retrieve than the given page length
