# QR Provision

`POST /v1/default/device`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.bymason.com`
- URL: `https://api.bymason.com/v1/default/device`
- Auth: API key in header `Authorization`

This endpoint is used by the device to provision itself with a QR code from controller.
If needed the device will be registered to an account, assigned a group, given a token
and tracked as part of a session.
