# Search questionnaire submissions

`GET /platform/v1/customers/questionnaires`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.sandbox.bvnk.com`

- Auth: API key in header `Authorization`

Returns previously submitted questionnaire answer sets matching the supplied filters

## Query parameters

- `customerReference` string, uuid, required
- `codes` string[]
- `statuses` string[]

## Response `200`

Array of questionnaire submissions that meet the criteria.

  - `customerReference` string, uuid, required: Unique customer reference used when the questionnaire was submitted.
  - `questionnaireCode` 'financialServicesQuestionnaireFull' | 'amlCryptoComplianceQuestionnaireFull' | 'gamblingQuestionnaireFull' | 'fintechsQuestionnaireFull' | 'otherQuestionnaireFull' | 'eddQuestionnaire', required: Questionnaire code
  - `status` 'INIT' | 'OK' | 'NOK', required: One or more validation states to filter by.
  - `submittedDate` string, date-time, required: Date and time of the submitted questionnaire
  - `sections` object[], required: Questionnaire section
    - `code` string, required: Section reference
    - `items` object[], required: Questions
      - `code` string, required: Question reference code
      - `value` string, required: Answer text, selected option `value`

## Other responses

- `400`: Missing `customerReference` parameter.
