`POST /v1/reputation/profiles`

  - `namesakes` string[]: Other people or companies with the same name, as the person describes them
  - `results` object[]: Answer for results, each with one answer, and change an earlier answer the same way. This is mine: my own site, page or profile. This is about me: someone else wrote it about me, so it counts as independent coverage. Not me: it is about someone else, so it leaves every count. (mine true or false still works: true is mine, false is not me.)

    - `mine` boolean, nullable
